2008-06-12-Cuttings wanted to sell

Another sunny day in Spain. Pleeese, no tears.....

We had a bring and buy sale on my patio on Tuesday, 1 Euros for everything including a glass of wine, altogether we made 83 Euros for the swimming pool fund and had a good laugh as well. Several ladies enjoyed themselves looking into my slimming mirror. (The one that makes the fat lady slim and the short lady tall!!!!)

Now that the handrails to go around the sides of the pool have been incorporated with the renovations, we are thinking of buying solar panels to heat the pool during the winter months. Maybe we could ask an aqua aerobics teacher to come and give lessons. If anyone knows anything or anyone that can help with this, (The solar panels, not the teacher) please let me know.

A misolite had a birthday on Tuesday and a very classic affair it was too. The common hoi polloi of Mi-sol were not invited, but we did get a very good description of everything that went on.

The hero (who defeated 1000 kamikaze beetles) and his family left yesterday (Wednesday). There were tears all around but they should be back later in the year.

I have decided to try and grow some plant cuttings for the Mi-Sol fund. To anyone who would like to participate, please feel free.
All cuttings must be healthy and have roots. Only misolites who know the difference between plants and weeds need think about helping, anyone with any doubts please ask the experts. Those contravening this directive will be barred from helping me. Don't think I don't know who you are!!!
