2008-06-17-1st 2 Storey House

Hi Misolites 2008-06-17

Things much the same here only hotter!!! *** ¡¡¡Muy calor!!! *** as the Spanish say.
(Not muy caliante-Which means you are horny!!!)

There was a Karaoke night at the Bar last Wednesday, all went well until about 12.30 when the police arrived with the President and asked for the music to be turned off. They (the police) indicated with sign language that people around and about were asleep. This information came as a big surprise to all concerned!!! Why? Oh, why do musicians and DJ'S want the music to be so loud?? Music being too loud must rate as one of the mysteries of the Universe.

We have the first purpose built 2 storey house on Mi-Sol Park

I will update the photos when I can.
The quiz went extremely well last night (Sunday), everyone really enjoyed themselves.
The usual silly answers and innuendo were apparent, and our quiz lady was on fine form.

Several owners have arrived in time for all the good weather and everyone seems to be on track.
One of a misolite’s relatives was 21 today, (Tuesday) and a small party was held on the bar terrace. Everyone had a good time especially the party girl, who was stealing beer every change she got.

St. James's Gate is offering free WiFi connections - valuable information to anyone who brings a laptop with them to Spain.

The boot sale at Rancho de Padi has unfortunately not picked up much. We have been informed that the reason the other boot sales were closed down by the guardia was because the organizers were allowing new goods to be sold.

The boot sale at the marina bar is still going strong. Good boot sale and good food.

A Misolite living on the edge of Mi-Sol donated 10 Euros to the fund that I am collecting for.
Ray donated all Jackie’s books which are in good condition and which I am selling for 1 Euro per book, all proceeds to go the fund.

A Misolite also living on the edge of Mi-Sol Park has improved the area close to where he lives by 100%. See photos below and see if you don’t agree with me. Hurray for that Man—Wild applause can be heard in the background.
One of our oldest committee members had her birthday on the 16th June she was 28 years old.
She was a very young mother who is now a grandmother to a cheeky little imp, with eyes that could melt gold. God help all the females coming to Mi-Sol in the not so distant future.

Well Misolites, another few days have passed in the life of Mi-Sol Park,
Take care
Hasta pronto.
