Hi Misolites,
Please read below, letter sent to the Committee from P. Ainger regarding Clara and her tenants!!!
****************************************************************************************************
Hi Peter,
I am sorry that I will not be able to do the minutes for the next meeting as I will be on holiday. I will return on 23rd February 2011 and I will return the keys to you before I go.
I wish Mo a speedy recovery and sorry to hear she is so poorly.
Further to our conversation of this morning I wish for the problem regarding Clara's tenants in the flats to be discussed at the next meeting; a solution to this problem must be found as it is now out of control. I have called the Guardia Civil twice this morning (saturday) and I am probably not finished ringing them yet.
I have also been around to them and spoken to them personally and the reaction is verbal abuse for my trouble.
We need to get the park returned to the owners as they have taken over all of our public areas.
I have heard that it was suggested a couple of years ago for the park and basket ball areas to become part of the pool and bar areas and only accessible via the the bar area.
I have spoken to a few people on the park who are willing to give their time voluntary for credits on their bills etc as other members of the community who do work on the park for the same.
Mi Sol would only need to hire a digger and materials to build the walls - this would save such a lot of money for Mi Sol and the gardens could be done at a later date.
Please read this out at the committee meeting on the 8th Jan 2011 and please also put on the Mi Sol Blog.
