Today I have been given the circular in the picture below. Apparently the president's wishes that the 3 late comers (myself, Pat Ainger and Jean Titterton) should have a show of hands at the end of the voting is undermined by a few people that consider themselves intimidated by a show of hands!!!!
Anyway, I cannot imagine any persons being intimidated by a few old women (present company excluded) lol.
This is for all the people in England who do not know what is going on, if you wish to put your name to the circular, please do so, send it back to me and I am sure I can get it to the right people.
The weather is still very hot, but the pool is getting colder and colder....been in today, but I think it may be the last time.
Nothing much else is happening, all quiet on the western front, as they used to say.
