Saturday morning, and some of us are getting over a heavy night at Shady’s Bar. A guest staying on the park was attacked by a drunken chair, she managed to fight it off, but not before it inflected damage to one of her toes.
Where was her friend when all this was going on? You might well ask,---was she looking after her friend? No! she was too busy dancing….we will say no more about this sorry incident.
Went to the Boot Sale at the Marina Bar, all the usual suspects were there, managed to get a skirt and top that had been overlooked by persons with inferior taste to my own…
Lunch at BJ’s, again very good quality food and the prices are just right. Two Misolites joined us for coffee and then went on their way to Mercadona etc. Whether they called in at Shady’s Bar I wouldn’t like to say.
A meeting was called by the President for 2.00 p.m. in the office, we weren’t sure what it was going to be about, but I think he just wanted to clear the air.
There is a rumour doing the rounds that certain people belong to certain cliques?????, I haven’t heard this rumour my self but, watch out when visiting or a clique may get you.
A couple with a Harley Davidson Motorbike are renting from a Misolite near the top of the site, you know what’s coming don’t you??---------The latest rumour….A tattoo Parlour is to be opened on the Pétanque Court. Don’t fall about laughing just yet, it may be true!!!!!
Update on the little black dog, it has been christened “Ben”. It seems to have settled in with its owner and her other pets and is behaving extremely well.
A member of our community has been taken to hospital with a heart problem, will let everyone know how he progresses. We send him love and best wishes, and hope he gets well soon.
Lynne & Lucas are making a wonderful job of the front of their casa, picture below, it looks as if he will be starting on the pavement outside his property as well. As they say at Tescos “Every little helps.
