Hi Misolites,

I am back on Mi-Sol Park ready for the AGM on the 24th September.....several people has asked me to publish on this blog what was written and published on the Spanish Blog during  June.
Below is the text ....the translation has been done by machine...so any discrepancies you come across please email me with the corrections.

No es importante que necesitemos tener seguro de responsabilidad civil para la comunidad para  algunos residentes.
It is important and necessary to have  insurance for the community of owners.

Hemos proporcionado el documentación de Reale, nuestro asegurado, en relacion de la altura del muro de perímetro de la piscina, algunos residentes no creen o posible no pueden leer (no se cual).
We have provided the documentation from the Insurance company,  in relation to the height of the perimeter wall of the pool, some residents may not believe or can not read (not that).???

Siguiendo las necesitadas del seguro hemos pedido de un albañil para hacer la obra necesaria.

2010 - Hemos intentado a poner valla, pero ha sido tirado por residentes. Gracias a dios que pudríamos vender algunas de las materiales para recuperar dinero.

Ha sido dicho que “Mo y Peter querido el muro hecho” pero para ser correcto (una cosa muy rara en la comunidad) es un requisito de Reale.

re the above, after being taken to court by a resident regarding the office door.  The courts ruled that residents cannot be denunced for anything to do with property owned by themselves...(the comunidad)-so a waste of money? - comment by P/Olive
