2011-05-12-Threat to P. Olive from Lawyers

Hi Misolites,

Below is a letter sent to me by OUR lawyers.  I have tried to translate it as best as I can, but basically it says "do not publish anything with our name on it, as we do not know whether you have manipulated it or changed it in any way so that it no longer reflects the truth!"  As our lawyers speak English, and everything I have ever published regarding them is an exact copy of what has already been published on the MisolPress Blog it does not fill me with confidence when they are acting on behalf of Mi-Sol Park.
I would not have thought it was beyond them to have acted in a slightly less heavy handed approach....ah well, this is Spain -- and they do things differently here.

Hemos tenido acceso a la http://misollegal.blogspot.com, donde hemos podido comprobar que Vd. ha procedido a publicar documentación privada con los datos de este despacho sin ningún tipo de autorización y consentimiento, vulnerando de forma clara y directa la legislación vigente en materia de protección de datos.

We have  accessed  the http://misollegal.blogspot.com, where we have been able to verify that you have proceeded to publish private documentation with the data of this office without any type of authorization and consent, wounding of direct and clear form the legislation in force in data protection matter.

Como quiera que dicha documentación carece de veracidad puesto que desconocemos sí ha sido manipulada, por medio de la presente, y a fin de evitar el inicio de actuaciones judiciales, le conminamos a que proceda a retirar cualquier comunicación o referencia en su blog  de los miembros de este despacho.

We think that the said documentation lacks truth since we do not know if it has been manipulated, through the present, and in order to avoid the start of judicial actions, we threaten to that proceed to withdraw any communication or reference in your blog of the members of this office.

En caso de que no proceda a retirar de dico blog cualquier documento o referencia de este despacho profesional, el el plazo dedos días desda la recepción de la presente comunicación, se iniciarán las acciones oportunas.

In the event that you do not  withdraw to from the blog any document or reference of this professional office, the days fingers time limit from the reception of the present communication, the opportune actions will be initiated
