First of all I do not think there is any need for name calling, when anyone takes on a job as president or a member of the committee, they try to do the best they can for the community. You just can't please everyone especially on Mi Sol.
Regarding the electricity overcharge. I have lived on a campsite before and the electricity and water bills have been higher than on Mi Sol plus the site fees (Mi Sol's comunidad) have been as much as 4 times higher than Mi Sol for smaller plots of land which you never own.
Regarding doing a Denuncia, Bob Morans lives right in the heart of problem tenants but has not joined the rest of the community in a group denuncia but he wants everyone to join him in denouncing other law abiding owners on the site.
We all know there are problems on Mi Sol and people should be working together to sort them out instead of expecting other people to everything for them.
