I sent the following fax to the Mi Sol lawyers AndreuAlenda last Friday,with no response so far.
"Re EGM Mi Sol Park 27 November 2010
This meeting has been called to elect members of the Committee.Nominations have to be in 10 days before the meeting. Letters must be sent to all UK owners advising them of the EGM and the list of candidates for the Committee. Not all owners are on the net.
As it can take up to 10 days for a letter to reach the UK from Spain,and anything from 4 to 5 days in the other direction,how are owners in the UK going to be able to vote,and more particularly,for whom? If members in the UK are disenfranchised the election will be illegal. The right to vote must be available to ALL members of Mi Sol Park and not a cabal resident on the Park.
