Here is a copy of the reply received from the Committee 20th February 2010.
As you can see for yourselves not a lot of clarification.
1. As far as people who knew the deceased owner, he did not have a lawyer.
2. I asked for copies of the paperwork issued by the Town Hall with their instructions.
3. Seems to have been answered correctly, but would "technical hiccups" occur if someone was working with our treasurer and checking his work?
4. I asked when it had been decided to LOWER all the lockup rents, I was told it was decided at the Nov.committee meeting
The information in the 2nd extract taken from the October Committee Meeting is incorrect. Owners who had not signed a contract paid LESS than owners who had signed a contract.
5. Repetition of "we will be seeing Rosario" what is the matter with the telephone?
6. The answer is fair enough, but why is there no proof forthcoming from "Jardines de Clara?"
