Hi Pat,
I had a phone call from Mo, stating that it has been said that authorisation was given to Clara with respect to her building work she is undertaking. Unfortunately this statement is not true.
Clara was in the office on Wednesday last week, going through her accounts. She explained to Paco and me that with the recent strong winds the fencing on top of HER wall was damaged and she had decided to replace the fencing with a longer lasting wall instead. Paco and I informed Clara that as the wall she wishes to extend is her boundary wall and not Mi-Sol land she does not need to obtain authorisation from the community. I did say to her that it would be a good idea to inform the neighbour; whether she did this I do not know.
Peter

Hi Peter
thank you for the information below, I take it you did not think the fact that she intimidated Jean and me important enough to denounce her to the police.
The breeze block she is putting on HER? boundary wall may be hers. But the supports are definitely on Mi-Sol land.
Regarding the neighbours I have no idea whether she informed them or not. I would have thought that as she speaks only Spanish it would have been a good idea for someone from the committee to have informed the ENGLISH neighbours and also to have kept an eye on what she was actually doing.
On another subject, the bank statements you sent to me were incomplete. Could you send me the statements with the names on. Please do not quote data protection, because as a community member, and under Spanish law, I am entitled to see all accounts at any time and it is your responsibility as administrator to make sure these accounts are available.
thank you
Pat
