Hi Pat, Read you comment on the blog yesterday re "splodge"
and the committee voting in favour of him going. Well either you or
your informant got it wrong as there was no vote.
Did not do this yesterday as I had to make sure by checking with
other members of the committee that I had not been asleep and
missed this alleged vote. All agreed there was NO VOTE taken.
Also it was not Splodge that had to leave the lodge, as I understood
it, it was the lodge that had to go. The rent of the caravan
offered was 50 euros per week - 2600 euros per year plus water and
electricity. Sonia
I personally think it is splitting hairs to say that the lodge (a wooden shed) has to go or Slodge has to go. Obviously if the lodge goes, then the nightwatchman (Splodge) has nowhere to lay his weary head!!
This matter is obviously between the bar and the committee, but I have been asked to publish the matter of Splodge losing his home by Bob.
