Well, can you believe it, the weather is still sunny and warm most of the time, the nights have started to draw in, but compared to the weather, the UK is having, this is great.
Our own Spanish Rachman came into the office a few days ago, an accumulation of her & her tenants mail occurs, as they all come and go, but she never lets the office know. All her tenants have their mail sent to our office, which someone has to pickup, carry and sort out. She doesn't appear very often, and when she does she is not very courteous, to say the least. This time when she did appear, she had the affrontary to deny that some of the post belonged to her tenants or ex-tenants, even tho' we had proof that they USED to live on her property. She then denied that the owner of the rottweiler running loose on the park was anything to do with her. This flat-letter (or did I mean blood sucker) has the gall of old nick, not only does she not pay her bills, she goes on to let a house on the side to persons doing the community a "service". Ok, not a very good one, (and definitely one you and I would not want) but what can I say. She has turned the garage into a house, built an extension on to it and let it to another family. The family living in the main house make everyone else's life in that corner of Mi-Sol Park a total nightmare. This short, stocky woman really needs to get her house (houses) in order and I hope our committee are working flat (no pun intended) out to resolve or improve the situation. Maybe we could find someone with a nice big steamroller or bulldozer.....that would be nice...if only pigs could fly.
I heard reports of a certain couple canoodling on the settee in the bar the other night...I am naming no names....I shall let your imagination take control.
On another note, the drains are progressing well. I say that with complete confidence as I wasn't me that hit a drain slightly tooooo hard and ended up covered in "you know what" from head to toe.....Ho hum, I am so glad on this day to be a woman. I will let you know if there are any future sources of humour, sorry, I meant to say any more tragic accidents. Circle s, will have the cleanest,sweetest smelling drains on Mi-Sol.
The ex-wannabee president has been noticed working his (little) arse off. He was digging and hoeing, weeding and wowing (ok so I am not a very good rhymster) on the front horseshoe shaped piece and the area in front of the office. (See pictures below) The horseshoe shape piece is now all nice and tidy, no weeds, no rubbish just some nice looking plants. I wonder if our gardener is going to plastic and stone it. If that was done now, it would only need a bit of weedkiller in the future, thus saving the gardener some of his precious time; also it would smarten up the entrance to Mi-Sol Park
Our bartender is back for his travels, safe and well.....Yaaaaay...
My shoes are being targeted by a very vindictive woman, she lives at the bottom of the site and has a dog using a designer name. She has thrown more mice over my wall, and this is the resulting mess (see picture below)...well I have one message for you, Mrs. Mouse thrower, just wait until the Sunday Quiz when I shall get my own back. I am not really a catty woman, but I shall make an exception in this case.
