Hi Misolites, 2008-04-30
Several Misolites left Mi-Sol Park for England yesterday. 2 married couples left in the same car heading for the same airport, 1 married couple returned to Mi-Sol, but were they married to each other?? Let’s just say there had better not be any hanky-panky going on, I think they know that there are plenty of spies on Mi-Sol, nothing is safe and nothing is sacred.
Well, today is the last day of April, so spring should be just around the corner here in old Blighty. So far there isn’t any sign of it. The weather has been very changeable here in Blackpool, not cold, not windy, bit sunny during the day, and then the dreaded drizzle.
Heard from Simon (our ex-treasurer) he is in St. Lucia, he says it is truly beautiful and he is enjoying himself, should be back at Mi-Sol by the 23rd June. (his birthday) hint-hint.
Met up with Jean and we walked our legs off all around Blackpool, lovely to see some proper shops for a change. Went to the Victoria Pub to see the guy who teaches Spanish, but he wasn’t there. Tut tut.
A message for Steve (Splodge) from Leslie, if someone will be good enough to pass it on:-
Can you tell Steve that we really miss Fifa and I did send photo's to him but they were returned as undelivered. Tell him I literally bawled my eyes out as she died in my arms but I gave her a big kiss from him just before she breathed her last
Sorry, no gossip about Mi-Sol, as no-one has sent me anything. Boo-Hoo
